采風智匯（AIM）與越南日光醫療投資貿易股份公司（Nhat Quang Medical Investment & Trading JSC）運營的大安綜合醫院於2025年8月8日正式簽署戰略合作備忘錄（MOU），共同推動AI智慧醫療在骨質疏鬆、退化性關節炎與心血管疾病的早期篩檢與診斷應用，並開展技術支援與醫療人員培訓計畫。

依據協議，AIM將授權經臨床驗證並已在越南取得認證的DeepXray^TM與DeepSono^TM AI解決方案，同時與大安綜合醫院現有電子病歷（EMR）系統與診療流程深度整合。大安綜合醫院則負責升級技術基礎設施及建立數據整合機制，確保系統穩定高效運行。

合作首階段將於2025年第四季在大安綜合醫院啟動，後續將擴展至清河綜合醫院（Thanh Ha General Hospital），以及日光醫療集團及其合作夥伴運營的其他醫療機構與地區診療所，透過公私協作模式打造完善的社區醫療網絡。

大安綜合醫院與清河綜合醫院董事長阮越雄指出：「引進AI技術不僅能加快並精準診斷骨骼與關節疾病，更能顯著提升心血管疾病的早期篩檢能力。這是將優質醫療服務擴展至更多居民的重要一步，為公共衛生提供更全面的保障。」

AIM and  Nhat Quang Medical Group Sign Strategic MOU to Deploy AI-Powered Screening  for Bone and Cardiovascular Diseases in Vietnam

Nhat Quang Medical Investment & Trading JSC, operator of Da An General Hospital, today announced the signing of a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AIM (Alpha Intelligence Manifolds) , to introduce AI-powered early screening and precision diagnosis solutions for osteoporosis, degenerative arthritis, and cardiovascular diseases in Vietnam, The partnership will also deliver technical support and professional training to healthcare providers, aiming to enhance preventive care and improve public health outcomes.

Under this agreement, AIM will provide its clinically validated  and Vietnam-certified DeepXray™ and DeepSono™ AI solutions to be fullyintegrated into Dai An General Hospital’s electronic medical records (EMR) system and clinical workflows. Dai An General Hospital will be responsible for upgrading technical infrastructure and establishing robust data integration mechanisms to ensure stable and efficient system operations.

The initial implementation will launch at Dai An General Hospital in Q4 2025, followed by expansion to Thanh Ha General Hospital and a large number of other healthcare facilities and community clinics operated by Nhat Quang Medical Group and its partners. This public-private collaboration aims to build a comprehensive community healthcare network, providing borader access to advanced diagnostic capabilities.

AIM và Bệnh viện Đa khoa Đại An ký kết MOU, triển khai AI trong tầm soát sớm bệnh lý xương và tim mạch

Ngày 8 tháng 8 năm 2025, Công ty Alpha Intelligence Manifolds (AIM) và Bệnh viện Đa khoa Đại An, do Công ty Cổ phần Đầu tư và Thương mại Y tế Nhật Quang vận hành, chính thức ký kết Biên bản Ghi nhớ (MOU) hợp tác chiến lược. Chương trình sẽ tập trung vào việc ứng dụng công nghệ Trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) trong tầm soát và chẩn đoán sớm loãng xương, thoái hóa khớp và bệnh lý tim mạch, kết hợp chuyển giao công nghệ và đào tạo nhân sự y tế.

Theo thỏa thuận, AIM sẽ cung cấp các giải pháp AI đã được kiểm chứng lâm sàng, tích hợp vào hệ thống hồ sơ y tế điện tử (EMR) và quy trình điều trị hiện có tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Đại An. Bệnh viện sẽ đảm bảo hạ tầng kỹ thuật và cơ chế tích hợp dữ liệu, nhằm vận hành hệ thống ổn định và hiệu quả.

Giai đoạn đầu sẽ được triển khai tại Bệnh viện Đa khoa Đại An từ Quý IV/2025, sau đó mở rộng sang Bệnh viện Đa khoa Thanh Hà và các cơ sở y tế khác trong mạng lưới do Nhật Quang vận hành hoặc đối tác liên kết, hướng tới xây dựng hệ thống y tế cộng đồng toàn diện theo mô hình hợp tác công – tư.

Ông Nguyễn Việt Hưng – Chủ tịch Hội đồng Quản trị Bệnh viện Đa khoa Đại An và Bệnh viện Đa khoa Thanh Hà chia sẻ:

“Việc áp dụng công nghệ AI sẽ giúp nâng cao tốc độ và độ chính xác trong chẩn đoán các bệnh lý về xương khớp, đồng thời tăng cường khả năng tầm soát sớm bệnh tim mạch. Đây là bước tiến quan trọng để mở rộng dịch vụ y tế chất lượng cao tới nhiều người dân hơn, góp phần bảo đảm sức khỏe cộng đồng một cách toàn diện.”

Ông Eric Chen – Giám đốc Phát triển Thị trường của AIM cho biết:

Việc ký kết MOU này đánh dấu một bước tiến quan trọng trong hợp tác y tế thông minh giữa Việt Nam và Đài Loan, đồng thời mở ra giai đoạn mới trong chiến lược triển khai AI vào hệ thống y tế khu vực của AIM tại Việt Nam.
