DiffusionGo為一自帶專利演算法的醫學影像處理軟體,一種用於神經追蹤之方法、非暫時性電腦可讀媒體及設備,透過多個經過驗證而取得之較佳追蹤參數對受測者的大腦之擴散核磁共振影像進行神經追蹤程序而取得多個第一追蹤影像,並於每一第一追蹤影像中標記二第一感興趣區域之間的多個神經纖維,再將標記有多個神經纖維的多個第一追蹤影像依據疊合程序建立神經束骨架,最後取得與神經束骨架之結構較為相似的多個神經纖維而獲得受測者的特定神經束。因此,用於神經追蹤之方法、非暫時性電腦可讀媒體及設備可用以達成提高神經追蹤的敏感度,且有助於提升手術前評估及手術中導航的效果。

評審推薦
1.關鍵演算法透過對擴散張量影像(DTI)技術之優化,可有效追蹤神經纖維連結與走向,提高神經追蹤敏感度,解決臨床僅單一追蹤所造成的低估或高估情形,可運用於複雜神經手術術前規劃與術中導航等新應用。
2.技術產品擴展性極廣,臨床應用包括腦部所有疾病(如:中風、出血、退化性腦疾病等),皆具潛力。
